The Optima AUC is a fast, sophisticated and easy-to-use analytical research tool. It lets molecules float free and unbound, letting users characterise them in their native state. A large touch-screen display (visible from across labs) eases operation and boosts efficiency. Modern, intuitive software allows for simple run monitoring and data exports performed either locally or remotely.
Applications include molecular weight, stoichiometry, protein aggregation, ligand binding, conjugation efficiency and polydispersity.
