DIAHAN Scientific DH.CEFM0024 high-speed centrifuge

The DIAHAN Scientific DH.CEFM0024 is a 24-place centrifuge available as ambient or refrigerated. It has a max speed of 15,000 rpm, an aluminium fixed-angle rotor for 0.2, 0.5, 1.5 and 2 mL tubes and fast cooling. 21,380 x g.

The product’s patented, multi-flow air cooling design enables fast cooling of the rotor and low energy consumption. Its bio-safe rotor/anti-sample overflow prevents accidental leakage during centrifuging, allowing risk-free microbial contamination. The high-strength aluminium alloy rotor can be fully autoclaved.

With an ergonomic electronic lock design, the centrifuge lid can be closed with a single finger touch. The rotor is meanwhile hermetically sealed by three rubber seals. Rotors are seated on a tapered shaft, concentric and self-aligning, to achieve running stability at high speeds.

Other features include a rotor imbalance detection alarm function, rotation speed/RCF switchover, inching operation, running process indicator and sound alert. There is storage capacity for up to nine programs according to experimental needs. The device is CE certified.

The refrigerated option, the DH.CEFM0024R, offers a powerful cooling system that is designed for precise temperature control. Its pre-cooling program enables optimal protection of the sample before warming. 2°C cooling is achieved within only 7 min for both chamber and samples, even at max speed, while the lid lock facility allows for internal temperature maintenance even after centrifugation. The product has CFC-free refrigerant, low carbon and environmental protection, and an external condensation tank prevents water accumulation within the centrifuge chamber.
