Labwit ZXRD/ZXFD programmable drying ovens
The Labwit forced-air drying ovens are engineered for daily work - from routing simple glassware-drying sterilisation applications up to 200-300°C, to complex controlled-heating applications, eg, aging, bonding, curing, heat treat annealing, stress relieving, burn-in, hardening test purposes, etc.
The company provide ovens with two optional heating modes: ZXRD-series back heating and ZXFD-series bottom heating. Both are designed to provide high standards of process stability, with accurate temperature uniformity as well as minimal temperature overshoot. For all 200°C models, the ovens are equipped with LCD control panel and can be programmed to run up to nine different segments with 18 steps of ramp and soak programs.
The Push and Catch hermetic door closure system is installed on all 200°C models for optimal air tightness and minimal heat loss. The internal forced-air convection and three-dimensional heating systems ensure air circulation and heat distribution. The adjustable air ventilation discharges excessive humidity evaporation.
All units feature an argon-filled, multiple-glazed, tempered safety glass window, which optimises sample monitoring and minimises heat losses. Non-volatile memory retains preset parameters in case of power interruption. Models are available in various volume options from 30 to 600 L.
