Over time, features and accessories have expanded alongside software modules such as Smart Manager, which helps optimise instrument uptime and usage, and OmniTrust, which supports regulatory compliance and data integrity.

A stand-out feature for practical laboratory use is SOP Architect, an intelligent method development assistant embedded in the software. SOP Architect leads users step-by-step through standardised workflows, embedding best-practice guidance and automating key tasks such as stirrer speed optimisation, obscuration titrations and ultrasound dispersion decisions. For routine analysis, Size Sure is designed to improve confidence in results by helping users mitigate environmental influences such as contamination and the effects of unstable conditions.
