The technology in Alicat Scientific laminar mass flow meters and mass flow controllers compensates for changes in process temperature and pressure - providing fast (<10 ms), stable and accurate readings.
The meters enable users to decrease cycle time, increase repeatability and significantly improve processes in many research and industrial applications.
The mass flow controllers have a proportional control valve to provide versatility, precision and speed of control.
They feature stand-alone control, ≤50 ms response (typical) and the ability to control pressure while measuring mass flow.
The mass flow meters and controllers can be used in a variety of measurement and control-based processes, including fuel cell development, environmental testing, leaking detection, spray drying, tank blanketing, atmospheric testing, fibre optics and process gas metering.
