Huber MPC and CC thermostatic baths with polycarbonate tanks

LabFriend sells both the CC and MPC models of thermostatic baths with polycarbonate tanks from Huber. Both are classical constructed laboratory circulators with an open bath style.

The electronic upgrade function E-grade allows a simple expansion of functions at any time, in less than 15 s. The large colour display features an intuitive touch screen display and clear, concise menu. The individually customisable display allows for easy customisation to save time when setting up experiments. Volumes range from 6-18 L.

The baths have powerful pressure and suction pumps, with the CC models offering a circulation speed up to 27 L/min and the MPC models offering up to 20 L/min, ensuring optimal stirring and temperature homogeneity for samples. Both models have customisable settings and are easy to adjust. Further connections are available via USB and ethernet, to allow analysis and storage of results from a computer.

Applications include temperature control of samples, analysis, materials testing and external temperature control of test equipment or experimental constructions. Models with the CC-Pilot controller have a variable speed pressure/suction pump and are therefore also suitable for external open applications.

The temperature stability of the machine is ±0.05°C, with over-temperature and low fluid level protection ensuring samples are always at the right temperature and don’t boil dry. The safety systems are according to class III/FL (DIN 12876) for use with flammable fluids.

Other features include: high-precision cascade temperature control; programmer with calendar/clock function; user-friendly operator guidance in six languages.
