IKA has a complete range of magnetic stirrers available to handle various quantities, either with or without heating capabilities. Used with open or closed vessels, the magnetic stirrers are said to easily master even complex tasks. For example, they precisely and effectively regulate the set temperature with the help of a contact thermometer. They also enable multiple syntheses in up to 36 vessels simultaneously. Because the magnetic stirrers require a claimed 25% less energy than other manufacturers’ products, IKA devices are good for the environment and also keep energy costs low. The C-MAG HS 10 IKAMAG magnetic stirrer with heating and ceramic heating plate offers good chemical resistance. Its features include: powerful motor for stirring quantities of up to 15 L (H₂O); fixed safety circuit of 550°C; hot top indicator - hot surface warning to prevent burns; exact temperature setting via digital display (LED); bushing according to DIN 12878 for connecting a contact thermometer, eg, ETS-D5, enables precise temperature control; digital error code display; elevated control panel for protection against leaking liquids.
