The IKA RV 10 digital FLEX rotary evaporators package provides users who require specialty glassware the ability to customise their glassware set-up for their specific application. The product includes the following components: RV 10 digital drive; HB 10 digital heating bath; RV 10.70 vapour tube NS 29/32; clamps for glassware; woulf bottle.

All IKA evaporators, which are said to provide optimal distilling, are equipped with a motorised lift, which lifts the evaporator flask out of the heating bath if a power disruption occurs. Interval operation for optimal mixing, a smooth start for a safe increase in speed, an end position setting for protection against the glass breaking and a timer function complete the safety package.

The digital version of the rotary evaporator features a digital temperature display and an RS232 interface. A control version with an integrated vacuum controller, USB interface and graphics-capable display is available for fully automated distilling processes.
