The IKA Ultra-Turrax dispersing device can be used for homogenising, emulsifying or suspending. The digital display allows users to keep track of the speed range up to 24,000 rpm, starting softly.
Due to their broad spectrum of dispersing tools, the dispersers are said to be highly effective for a variety of uses, including: homogenisation of effluent samples, dispersing tasks under vacuum pressure and PCR analysis. The dispersers are said to provide professional results for particle reduction.
The dispersing instrument for volumes of 0.5 to 100 mL provides a wide speed range, allowing users to work at high circumferential speeds even with small rotor diameters. It features: a good ergonomic finish; immense speed stability with various media due to high-performance 125 W drive; suitable for manual operation due to its light weight and ergonomic form; very mobile due to direct mains operation (no transformer required); stainless steel dispersing elements (5, 8 and 10 mm diameter) can be cleaned quickly and easily as they can be dismounted without tools; plastic disposable dispersing elements in two sizes, particularly suitable for PCR analysis; quick-release coupling makes changing the dispersing elements easy.
The instrument is supplied with a clamp R200 and empty storage case (for drive, dispersing elements and spare seals). Dispersing elements can be ordered separately.
