Socorex Calibrex organo 525 and Calibrex soluate 530 bottle-top dispensers

The latest bottle-top dispensers from Socorex offer safe dispensing of up to 25, 50 and 100 mL. The Calibrex organo 525 model includes a ground glass plunger, suitable for organics, and non-crystallising solutions. The Calibrex soluate 530 model has a PFA-coated plunger preventing plunger and barrel from seizing together.

Parts in contact with liquid flow are chemically inert, providing for stability and long instrument life. A QR code printed on the instrument gives instant access to an up-to-date chemical resistance chart. An instant volume setting has a spring-loaded sliding cursor which softly moves up and down the scale and precisely stops at the desired graduation.

An alternative, classical screw button is supplied with each dispenser for easy exchange. The instrument rotates 360° for adequate positioning on the bottle. In-lab calibration occurs by means of the integrated key, located under the plunger cap. Access to the calibration system is protected by a seal sticker. The product can be disassembled for cleaning and maintenance without any tools.

Autoclavable at 121°, the product comes fully assembled. It is supplied with a 45 mm base thread, 120 mm delivery jet and stopper, 350 mm feed tube, alternative screw-type volume setting button and three adapters for bottle necks 32, 38 and 40 mm. Each dispenser bears its own serial number and passes quality control attested by an individual certificate.
