The Alicat Scientific M series mass flow meters and mass flow controllers can be used in a variety of measurement and control-based processes.
The mass flow meters and mass flow controllers are claimed to reduce downtime and material loss and to increase measurement precision. The range of mass flow meters and mass flow controllers is suitable for applications in fuel cell development, environmental testing, leak detection, spray drying, tank blanketing, atmospheric testing, fibre optics and process gas metering. The devices have claimed accuracies of better than 0.5% and ranges as low as 0.5 cc/min.
