The WellPro 3000 liquid handling device facilitates high-throughput screening as it can operate in either a 12-channel mode for 96-well plates or 24-channel for 384-well plates.

The WellPro is designed specifically to eliminate hand pipetting and complicated slow robotic protocols. With the device, users can easily and quickly move liquids from microtubes or bulk sources to microplates, then dilute, mix, transfer or add any variety of reagents required by the protocol. Mother-daughter plate replication and plate-filling procedures are also fast and simple.

Ease of programming is a primary feature of the liquid handler. There are no complicated position calibrations or ‘teaching procedures’. Executable files are easy to make and even challenging procedures can be accommodated by easily linking stored files.

The WellPro enables serial dilutions in almost any ratio in microplates or micro tubes, in either 12- or 24-channel formats. High precision is achieved through a broad range of liquid volumes (1 to 200 µL in 1 µL increments) for the 12-channel head.

The use of disposable pipette tips eliminates cross-contamination risk.

The unit handles 96- or 384-well standard, shallow, deep well, U, V and flat bottom plates, as well as 96-format microtubes. It fits into a standard biohazard cabinet or fume hood.
