Benchtop freeze dry system

FreZone Freeze Dry Systems feature a compact benchtop design to fit on a laboratory cart or countertop. The units are suitable for personal use by one researcher. The LCD system set-up and operating parameters may be user-configured to display vacuum in mBar, Pa or Torr and temperature in °F or °C. It also displays total number of hours of refrigeration operation and the total number of hours of vacuum pump operation — including the last time they were both serviced.

CFC-refrigeration ensures rapid, environmentally safe cooling. The stainless steel collector coil cools to -50°C. The automatic start-up allows the user to press only one switch to initiate the collector cool down and vacuum pull down sequence. The attachment lid allows connection of a drying chamber or manifold. A variety of drying accessories is offered, including teflon-coated collector chamber and coil for processes involving corrosive compounds.
