BioNavis SPR Navi 220A for monitoring molecular interactions
The optical configuration of the SPR Navi 220A enables sensitive measurements across a large dynamic range of analyte concentrations. Applications range from biophysical to biomaterial and biocompatibility studies. The product measures the whole SPR curve and can use multiple wavelengths to give information previously unattainable with SPR.
Apart from traditional hydrogel-based biosensor coatings, a wide range of different sensor surfaces in gas and/or liquid is possible. The commonly used gold surface is supplemented by other surfaces (Ag, Al, Cu, Pt, polymers and ceramics). These surfaces allow deposition of novel surfaces such as supported lipid bilayers and liposomes.
