Cytek SpectroFlo QC Beads for flow cytometer performance tracking
Cytek’s SpectroFlo QC Beads contain 3 µm particles with one fluorescent intensity. Every particle contains a mixture of fluorophores that enables the particles to be excited at any wavelength from 355 to 650 nm. The beads are used for routine performance tracking of Cytek flow cytometers.
One vial contains 2 mL of beads at 107/mL concentration. The vial should be stored at 2–8°C and protected from light (do not freeze); the product expires one year after opening. The beads require SpectroFlo software version 2.1 or later.
