Duran 125 mL narrow neck Erlenmeyer flasks

Tuesday, 08 February, 2011 | Supplied by: SCHOTT Australia Pty Ltd

Duran has added a 125 mL intermediate size flask to its range of narrow neck Erlenmeyer flasks. There are now a total of 13 different sizes in the range.

The flasks feature good chemical resistance, nearly inert behaviour and high usage temperature making them suitable for use in most laboratories. Moreover, the uniform wall thickness, minimal thermal expansion and the resultant high thermal shock resistance are useful characteristics that make the Duran Erlenmeyer flasks particularly suited to use with very high temperatures and fast temperature changes. The conical shape makes the flasks suitable for mixing substances.

The product range includes flasks from 25 to 5000 mL and now has the 125 mL intermediate size. The Duran properties, glass type 1/ neutral glass conforming to USP/EP and JP, ensure the flasks are autoclavable and sterilisable. The flasks feature a Retrace Code with the batch certificate available via the internet.
