The PRIME-XV FreezIS Cryopreservation Media Portfolio, from FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific, is designed to help users protect and preserve cells without compromising functionality.
The product is available in DMSO-free and DMSO-containing formulations that are optimised to freeze a variety of cell types, including human mesenchymal stromal/stem cells (MSCs), haematopoietic stem cells (HSCs), and human T cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). The slow freezing process minimises damage from cold shock with validation post-thaw for cell markers, viability and fold expansion.
