Heidolph Distimatic automated distillation system for rotary evaporators

The Heidolph Distimatic system is an extension module for benchtop and pilot-sized rotary evaporators with up to 50 L flask volume, which allows a continuous refill of solvent mixtures and discharge of condensate from any repository. The product is suitable for common distillation and rotary evaporation procedures in the chemistry lab and pilot plant.

Similar systems are suitable for high-end industrial evaporators, but the Distimatic is suitable for small benchtop evaporators and has the additional drain function of concentrated product from the evaporation flask. This feature offers a wide range of possibilities and allows for fully automated evaporation in a continuous and unattended way. Previously it was necessary to stop the evaporation for manual drain once the product had filled up the evaporation vessel.

The system can be used to upgrade all Heidolph rotary evaporators. It can also be used to upgrade most other brands, including Buchi. All components are made of high-quality materials.
