ART’s Miccra series of mixers are designed for homogenisation, emulsification, suspension, dispersion and crushing. The mixers can be handheld or mounted on a post.

The Miccra D-1 is suitable for homogenisation, emulsification and dispersion of small volumes, as well as the shredding of human, animal or plant tissue in biosciences. The speed can be adjusted between 5000 and 35,000 rpm, with higher speeds producing finer samples and shorter process times. The D-1 covers volumes from 0.1 to 500 mL. Disposable tools are available for infectious or radioactive samples, or to help prevent cross-contamination.

The battery-operated Miccra D-3/PA is designed for mains-independent operation in the field. The 350 W battery drive provides ample power. The D-3/PA covers volumes from 100 mL to 5 L.

The Miccra D-9 is a high-performance drive designed for use in a wide range of industries including agrarian technology and cell biology. The speed can be adjusted from 11,000 to 39,000 rpm. The D-9 covers volumes from 0.1 mL to 20 L.

The Miccra D-15 is a high-performance drive designed for high-volume applications. The speed can be adjusted from 8800 to 33,600 rpm. The D-15 covers volumes from 100 mL to 50 L.

The tools feature a modular and economical design that fits every Miccra drive. Simply change the rotor and stator without the need for special tools to modify the device for different applications. The tools are made from high-grade stainless steel for increased durability and performance.
