Kartell manufactures a wide range of hose connectors suitable for use with the full range of the company’s hoses.
Manufactured from polypropylene for good chemical and temperature resistance and available in numerous different styles, the hose connectors are autoclavable and comply with the food and drug regulations EEC 90/128 92/93 and FDA 21 CFR 177.1520.
Each connector is ridged to ensure secure connections.
The hose selector (Art 1759) assists users to determine the required hose connector size.
Polypropylene connectors are available in a variety of styles including ‘T’, ‘Y’ and ‘L’ untapered connectors; 120° ‘Y’ tapered connectors; four-way connectors; and straight and unequal straight tapered connectors.
Other connectors in the range include polyethylene tapered quick disconnectors that are useful for joining hoses of glass, rubber or plastic and polyethylene tapered drying tubes that are suitable for drying gases. Each end has a push-on tapered connection to take rubber hoses of 8, 9, or 10 mm diameter.
