Particle size and shape analysis
The EyeTech particle size and shape analyser from Ankersmid International is suitable for QA/QC, process control and R&D.
Particles are measured by a rotating laser for accurate particle size analysis. Imaging is obtained through a Dynamic Shape Characterisation step using a CCD camera system.
The system is controlled and automated through 21 CFR-11 compliant software, which features pre-processing, filter options and re-run of data.
The analyser features laser obscuration time technology, which is not based on assumptions and is impartial to physical parameters such as refractive index, colour and temperature.
