Rudolph Research Analytical manufactures high-precision refractometers for research and QC applications.

The J Series product line includes standard and wide-range refractometers. Electronic temperature control is standard on all of our refractometers, eliminating the need for waterbaths — resulting in cost savings and avoidance of possible contamination.

All the J Series refractometers have a light source guaranteed for the life of the instrument and a shallow dish for easy cleaning. They differ from the traditional Abbe refractometer by eliminating the need for prism replacement and they can easily handle darker samples, all of which makes the units easy to use and provides extremely low running costs. Our high performance J357 automatic refractometer offers advanced features such as a secure data storage card, 21CFR part 11 compliance, custom programming of concentration scales, highly durable touch screen controls, keyboard lockout security feature and interfacing with polarimeters.
