Schott Conturax Pro non-round glass tubing
Schott Conturax Pro non-round glass tubing is made from Duran borosilicate glass.
The profile tubing with three or more angles is manufactured by a continuous direct drawing process so it is possible to produce large quantities with uniform high quality.
Conturax Pro can be further processed using conventional cutting and forming methods.
The tubing features high planarity, surface quality and geometric accuracy for precise working. A wide spectrum of shapes and dimensions, with the possibility of realising user-specified angles and asymmetrical forms, is available. Tube lengths up to 3950 mm are achievable.
The tubing offers high transparency and thermal shock resistance. The hard, smooth surfaces offer resistance to scratches and tolerance of conventional cleaning agents.
