The Sentry Model MVD manual speed loop sampler needle/tube stub liquid sampling valve can be used to collect process samples without emissions to the atmosphere or exposure to the operator. It provides double block valve safety without dead volume.

The combination three-way and two-way ball valve gives low dead volume with double block safety and security. The double block valve gives built-in speed loop capability. Non-coring side discharge needles allow complete resealing of the septum when the bottle is withdrawn from the sampler. The one-piece process and vent needle assembly is replaceable without sampler disassembly. Highly resistant to thermal and pressure shock, there is a wide variety of bottle, septum and needle/tube stub arrangements and sizes, custom options and designs available.

The Sentry MVD closed loop sample valve is specifically designed to collect process samples without leaking dangerous emissions to the atmosphere or exposure to the operator. The double block valve configuration assures an extra degree of safety for operators and its design minimises dead volume.

The speed loop provides representative sample availability at the valve at all times and a sample cooler is available.
