RTS SolidPrep provides high-speed preparation of tablets and other solid-dose pharmaceuticals for assay, impurity and dose content uniformity applications. This scalable product line is available as a benchtop or automated system.
Claimed to reduce sample preparation time by 90%, the system provides significant reductions in solvent use and waste and reproducible homogenisation without localised heating or increased drug degradation. It also offers disposable in-vessel processing, eliminating the need to find and clean glassware and significantly reducing the risk of sample cross talk and operator drug exposures.
