Netter EziPack feeders are suitable for the fast and exact feeding of all types of products.

The EziPack consists of a vee tray mounted on blade springs, driven by a pneumatic non-impacting vibrator. All product contacting parts are made of stainless steel.

The hopper can be supplied by VSS or the user.

Two types of pneumatic non-impacting vibrators can be supplied. When the air supply is turned off they stop without any run-on, ensuring that the product feed is immediately stopped.

The bed depth of the tray is regulated by the bed depth of the outlet sleeve on the hopper, with the feed rate controlled by the frequency and amplitude of vibration.

The frequency is controlled by the inlet air pressure, while amplitude is regulated by the adjustable exhaust.

Because of the functional design, the EziPack feeders are easy to clean, making them suitable for use under the strict hygiene requirements of the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

In addition to manually controlled models, EziPack feeders can be supplied with electropneumatic controllers to give rapid fill/slow top-up to predetermined set points.

The no ‘run-on’ feature ensures accurate weight is delivered repeatedly.

The EziPack 4 model features a 4 L hopper and is particularly suited to laboratory operations where its exact, uniform, rapid fill/slow top-up feeding facilitates the delivery of exact quantities of product to multiple vessels.
