The XDS35i vacuum pump is designed to provide a dry vacuum free of lubricants. There are no bearings, grease or oil under vacuum.
Controllable gas ballast makes the pump suitable for pumping vapours.
The pump is driven from single-phase power with an inverter to control the motor speed. This provides remote control and constant pumping speed (35 m3/h on either 50 or 60 Hz frequencies. Power consumption is low and typically no other utilities are required. With no oil to change, annual maintenance on the pump can be completed in about 20 minutes without special tools.
