R & D Systems Proteome Profiler Antibody Arrays
R&D Systems’ Proteome Profiler Antibody Arrays allow users to measure up to 119 proteins in a single sample. There is no need for specialised equipment and multiple Western blot experiments.
The antibody array kits contain buffers, detection antibodies and membranes spotted in duplicate with high-quality capture antibodies. Detection is by chemiluminescence and membranes can be assessed for protein levels in the same manner as traditional Western blots.
The antibody arrays are available for assessing human pluripotent stem cells, cell stress, kidney biomarkers, phosphokinase and other intracellular and extracellular factors.
