Peltier principle

All of the Torrey Pines Scientific chilling and heating laboratory instruments employ the Peltier principle, eliminating compressors and CFCs to achieve temperatures on the lab bench down to minus 20ºC or up to 400ºC. These instruments include small incubators up to 55Litres, a mini circulator, programmable chilling/heating dry block units with orbital mixing options, hotplates and stirring hotplates, and HPLC column ‘ovens’ providing constant temperature ranges from 4º to 70ºC accurate to 0.2ºC.
