X-VIVO Media are nutritionally complete and balanced for most haematopoietic cell types including dendritic cells, lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages and granulocytes. No exogenous growth factors, artificial stimulators of cellular proliferation or unidentified supplements. Devoid of any protein kinase C stimulators and suitable for the investigation of second messenger systems in the activation of human and murine lymphocytes.
