Speeding up clinical trials
Thursday, 02 April, 2009
Melbourne company Evado has launched a new service to help speed up clinical trial data collection and eliminate paper-based recording.
The managed service involves Evado’s web-based clinical trials software, which can run on a PC or a tablet, along with form design and trial configuration and support services.
Evado’s CEO Jennie Anderson said the service was just like using an online bank account. “The forms are simple and the data is secure,” she said.
“Once the environment has been set up, users only need to enter the URL to the trial and log on to enter or review clinical trial data over a secure SSL session to the server
“At the completion of the trial, this data is exported for statistical analysis.”
The service is compliant with TGA and FDA requirements.
