Total RNA purification kits

Marligen’s Vantage Total RNA Purification Kit utilises a proprietary resin to provide a very rapid and effective method for the isolation and purification of high quality total RNA from a variety of sample types without the use of phenol or chloroform. The Vantage Total RNA Purification Kit provides isolation of all RNA species such as microRNAs and siRNAs, rapid protocols that can be completed in less than 20 minutes and exceptional sensitivity so that total RNA can be isolated from small amounts of sample. Purification of total RNA can be performed from many diverse sample types including cultured cells, tissues, blood, bacteria, yeast, fungi, plants and nasal or throat swabs. The Vantage Total RNA Purification Kit provides total RNA that is suitable for use in a wide variety of downstream applications including expression profiling.
