AusIndustry is holding registration ready workshops to help companies better understand and register for the R&D Tax Incentive.

The workshops, to be held all over the country, are targeted to assist SMEs, first time registrants and smaller consultants/ tax agents in particular.

The R&D Tax Incentive provides support for eligible R&D activity to encourage innovation in Australia. Companies are able to register and claim the new R&D Tax Incentive benefit from 1 July 2012.

The workshops aim to provide an overview of the program covering the following:

  • General knowledge and benefits of the program
  • The program's eligibility criteria
  • How to complete and lodge your registration form.

If you wish to attend a workshop, you will need to register, as seats are limited. AusIndustry staff will be in attendance at the workshops across each state.

See the AusIndustry website for dates and locations.
