Genetic Technologies (ASX:GTG) has settled all of its disputes with the Auckland District Health Board, as the representative of all the New Zealand district health boards plus the New Zealand Blood Service. The disputes related to lawsuits filed in New Zealand in 2004 by ADHB against Genetic Technologies' non-coding DNA analysis patent and genomic mapping patent.

Resonance Health (ASX:RHT) has expanded its Medical Advisory Board with new members Dr Bruce Bacon, Dr John Olynyk and Dr John Porter joining current member Dr Kris Kowdley. Dr Chris Bennett has resigned from her position on the former Inner Vision Biometrics Medical Advisory Board but remains as a non-executive director of Resonance Health.

Sirtex Medical (ASX:SRX) has appointed Angela Talbot as its chief financial officer.
