QrxPharma lists on OTCQX

Sydney-based pharmaceutical company QrxPharma (ASX: QRX) has been listed on the OTCQX, an international trading exchange for over the counter securities.
The company has listed on the OTCQX under the ticker QRXPY as part of its Level 1 American Depository Receipt program.
US investment bank Merriam Curren Ford has been enlisted to provide guidance on listing requirements. JP Morgan Chase Bank is operating the ADR program and acting as the depository bank.
