Stirling's thirst quenched
Thursday, 05 June, 2008
Stirling Products (ASX: STI) has signed an agreement with Aquience for exclusive rights to sell its PetQuench product.
Sales from PetQuench in North America alone are estimated to be worth US$25 million (AUD $26.3 million) over the next five years.
The deal gives Stirling exclusive worldwide rights to sell the product, which is already on sale in Canada and is to be introduced into the North American market this year.
PetQuench is a fortified water solution which is designed to help dogs and cats increase their daily water intake.
Because the typical dog or cat is eating more and more dried food, which can cause dehydration, many dogs and cats aren't getting enough water, which can cause serious kidney complications.
