Cayman Chemical Autophagy-Focused Screening Library (96-Well)
The Cayman Chemical Autophagy-Focused Screening Library (96-Well) is for screening a variety of autophagy-associated compounds. The screening library consists of two plates and contains more than 150 autophagy-associated compounds in a 96-well Matrix tube rack format as 10 mM stock solutions in DMSO. The library includes a variety of inhibitors and inducers of autophagy, including but not limited to, mTOR, PI3K, LRRK2 and Aurora kinase inhibitors, HDAC inhibitors, protease inhibitors, calcium channel blockers, p53 and AMPK modulators, and Vps34 inhibitors.
