An AI-powered base calling system deployed on an edge device powered by the NVIDIA Jetson platform accelerates sequencing to high speeds. A single-substrate injection eliminates the need for traditional dual-luciferase systems, reducing cycle times to just 1 min and enabling SE50 sequencing in under 2 h.
