AIMS and CSIRO align with Japanese company

Minister for Industry, Science and Resources, Senator Nick Minchin, has welcomed a Memorandum of Understanding between AIMS and the Itochu Corporation of Japan expanding a long standing alliance between Itochu and the CSIRO.

The agreement with AIMS covers research, development and commercialisation projects in marine biotechnology.

A workshop will be held in April to identify potential bio-business opportunities in the Japanese market.
