Adam Equipment CB balance

Adam Equipment has announced the next generation of its CB balance. The design of the product has been upgraded with improved functionality, with several features said to boost stability and lead to a greater level of consistency in results.

The compact balance now includes a levelling bubble, which ensures the balance is properly set in place to provide precise results. Using the levelling bubble as a guide, balance users can compensate for uneven surfaces by adjusting the product’s four rubber feet.

The display features bright illumination and large, high-contrast backlighting, so measurements are easy to view from a distance or in dimly lit locations. The addition of a battery indicator to the display lets users see when they need to replace the batteries.

The balance is suitable for weighing small quantities in most settings. The grade 304 stainless steel pan and solid ABS housing are easy to clean. A sealed keypad keeps sensitive electronics safe from dirt and spills, while overload protection helps prevent damage to internal components. The balance can be powered with AA batteries or an optional power adapter, while an auto power-off feature helps conserve energy.

The product comes in three models that offer capacities of 500 g, 1 kg and 3 kg and corresponding readabilities of 0.1, 0.1 and 1 g. Its compact size makes the balance easy to store and transport, while built-in battery operation means it can be used anywhere. It weighs in grams, ounces and pounds.
