Glassware washers

The Gallay laboratory glassware washer, Lab 999, can be adapted to suit different laboratory glassware cleaning needs. The Lab 999 has 20 standard and 10 optional programs plus a specialised range of stainless steel accessories to process a wide variety of laboratory glassware.

The Lab 999 Micro has an AISI 304 stainless steel external construction providing a neat sanitary enclosure as well as a higher grade of stainless AISI 316L for the inner wash chamber. This ensures that even at the higher temperatures and flow rates a laboratory washer needs, the machine will provide the end-user with many years of reliable service.

Cleaning glassware quickly and efficiently to the standards required is guaranteed by several innovations; a robust high volume re-circulating pump provides the washer with a much higher flow rate around the glassware than standard washers. Also the rack system can be customised for laboratory glassware needs. This can be as simple as extra mounting points for glassware placement, or the hollow jet rack that ensures even the smallest glassware opening will allow the correct wash and rinse volume.
