These products meet four current labelling needs associated with sample container tracking: sizing, legibility, durability and increased information requirements. These challenges are met by barcoding the labels, allowing researchers to include more information, labels that "match" existing vial, slide and well plate sizes, labels that are always legible, durable under extreme conditions including freezer storage, liquid nitrogen, autoclave and hot water baths and are resistant to solvents.

You can easily identify and retrieve samples with Linear and 2D barcode capabilities, accurately track samples and chemicals from receipt to disposal and eliminate human error with inventory data entry. Brady's special self-laminating or wrap around label protects your label's legend from extreme temperature, chemicals and solvents.

New FreezerBondz thermal transfer printer labels (B-492 polyester for cold surfaces) can be applied to frozen surfaces including glass and polypropylene stored in liquid nitrogen. These labels offer excellent print smudge resistance and solvent resistance when using the R6400 ribbon.

Brady has also created a Laboratory Labelling Software called IDENTILAB. It features a lab-friendly interface and hundreds of parts and graphics categorized by common lab applications, making creating legible, durable and accurate labels quick and easy.
