19th biennial meeting of the International Council for NIR Spectroscopy

This six-day conference will showcase advances in hardware, spectral processing and chemometric development.
Discussion topics include: ways NIR is helping food science and food security, use of near-infrared spectroscopy to identify schistosome hosts in Brazil, application of NIR for mosquito-borne diseases, “Linking beer NIR chemical features to consumers’ taste by text analysis and chemometrics” and upgrading cheese quality control.
