Food Structure, Digestion and Health 2025 Conference

The Food Structure, Digestion and Health 2025 (FSDH 2025) Conference will bring together global experts from industry, academia and research to explore advances in food design, digestion and health, with a focus on innovation, sustainability and AI-driven nutrition. The theme of the event is ‘Insight to Impact: Science for Tomorrow’s Food Industry Challenges’.
The main scientific themes of the conference include: new ingredients and foods for sustainable nutrition; control of in-mouth processing, breakup mechanics and sensory impacts; digestion, microbiome and health impacts; balancing ultra-processed and whole foods; health and nutrition policies and regulation; application of AI in food manufacturing for nutrition and health; and AI and the future of the food industry.
