Thermo Electron Corporation has unveiled the Orion Star series, a range of meters, accessories and solutions for electrochemistry measurement.
Seven benchtop models and seven portable models make the range suitable for the general laboratory or for the specialised quality control laboratory. Users can also choose from more than 80 specific packages or tailor their own.
The series offers the first meters with capabilities to store up to 10 programmable methods and 10 calibrations with individual user password protection with the option of 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
Also, they can use both the NIST pH buffers (4.01, 7.00 and 10.01) as well as new DIN (1.68, 6.86, 9.18 and 12.46) buffers.
