HEMCO MicroFlow family of ductless workstations

HEMCO’s MicroFlow family of Class 1 ductless carbon filtered workstations is equipped with particle pre-filter and activated carbon filtration. Suitable for fumes, odours and non-hazardous chemical vapours, they are self-contained with an integral re­cessed work surface to contain spills.

A convenient clear viewing shroud surrounds the work area for product protection, with a hinged safety viewing panel for user protection. Variable-speed fan control allows for high-speed airflow through the sash opening, or medium and low flow for sensitive operations.

The MicroFlow I measures 30 x 46 x 37 cm, while the MicroFlow II is 46 x 61 x 51 cm and the MicroFlow III is 61 x 61 x 53 cm. Typical applications include: sample weighing; general chemistry involving small volumes of common chemicals; individual workstations; tissue staining and processing; gluing and drying operations; solvent cleaning of electronic parts; soldering fumes and odours; school demonstration workstations; and forensic applications.
