Amnis ImageStreamX imaging flow cytometer
The Amnis ImageStreamX imaging flow cytometer, with second-generation ImageStream technology, combines the speed, sensitivity and phenotyping abilities of flow cytometry with the detailed imagery and functional insights of microscopy.
The cytometer expands the capabilities of the platform with a claimed 10x faster sample throughput, more excitation lasers and detection channels, higher image quality and increased productivity, producing up to 12 images per cell.
Compared to other cell analysis platforms, it is claimed to provide more information in a single experiment and allow users to combine detailed functional and phenotypic studies.
