The Clonetics KGM-Gold NHEK normal human epidermal keratinocytes have longer guaranteed life spans than Lonza’s original KGM or KGM-2 cells.
Achieve ≥18 total population doublings for adult cells and ≥20 population doublings for neonatal cells when using the growth medium.
All cells are performance tested in the growth medium and test negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. HIV-1, hepatitis B/C are not detected for all donors and/or cell lots.
A certificate of analysis is provided for each cell lot purchased. Clonetics cells are guaranteed to perform as indicated when used with Clonetics media and reagents.
