Accuri designed the C6 Flow Cytometer, from the ground up, to be a full-featured, affordable instrument that is accessible to everyone.

Major areas of innovation include a unique low-pressure pumping system to drive fluidics, rather than a more expensive, pressurised system. The optical bench is compact and employs components that have evolved to be smaller, more robust and less expensive. This smaller optical bench needs no alignment, so the C6 is ready to use in less than two hours after receipt.

High-quality components, plus innovations, are claimed to enable Accuri to offer the C6 at a price that is affordable for most labs without compromising performance. It is designed with four fluorescence and two scatter detectors to give you the power you have come to expect in a flow cytometer. An industry-standard, sheath-focused core facilitates high performance while enabling event rates of up to 10,000 events/second and sample concentrations over 107 cells/mL.
