Phase Genomics Hi-C proximity ligation kits

Phase Genomics applies Hi-C and other proximity-ligation methods to enable chromosome-scale genome assembly and metagenomic deconvolution, as well as analysis of structural genomic variation and genome architecture. The company offers a comprehensive portfolio of laboratory and computational services and products, including Hi-C kits for plants, animals, microbes and human samples, as well as genome and metagenome assembly and analysis software.

The Hi-C kits work on fresh, frozen or preserved samples and do not require high-molecular-weight DNA extraction. They yield an indexed, Illumina-compatible library and can be completed with standard benchtop lab equipment.

The kits require minimal extra reagents — only TBS and 80% ethanol. The whole process is quick, with samples ready to be sequenced in under two days.
